If you're passionate about MBSE, digital engineering, and cutting-edge technology and eager to make a significant impact, this is the opportunity for you.Responsibilities:Develop and manage system requirements throughout their lifecycle.Develop and maintain system architectures and models using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies.Apply the Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) to develop and maintain architecture views, viewpoints, relationships, and traceability across system models.Identify program requirements, track performance metrics, and manage systems engineering processes.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure alignment and integration of systems engineering and architecture efforts.Perform requirements verification, compliance assessments, and model reviews in support of major design reviews.Support integration, verification, validation, and Test & Evaluation (T&E) activitiesWhy Join Us?Join a team of world-class MBSE and Digital Engineering experts.Be part of a dynamic team working on groundbreaking defense projects.Contribute to the development of state-of-the-art systems and make a lasting impact in the industry.Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments, providing opportunities to innovate and lead technical efforts.If you are a forward-thinking engineer with a passion for innovation and technical excellence, apply now to become part of our team.Qualifications:BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2Demonstrated hands-on experience applying the Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) in an MBSE environment; UAF experience is required for this position.Experience implementing open systems standards and approaches, including MOSA, WOSA, and GCIA, across diverse platforms such as ground, air, maritime, space, or joint systems.Proficiency with MBSE tools and methodologies, such as Cameo Systems Modeler, SysML, and related digital engineering tools.Test & Evaluation (T&E) experience is highly desired, including experience with test planning, requirements verification, integration, test execution, and/or evaluation of system performance.Experience supporting major systems engineering technical reviews within DoD acquisition programs is desired.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.Must possess and maintain an active DoD Secret security clearance.This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
