Location: Wilson, NC
Schedule: Full-Time, 5 Days per Week (2 Saturdays per Month)
Practice Type: 1-Doctor Office 2 Dental Assistants No Hygienist
About the Opportunity Join a modern, established general dental office in Wilson, North Carolina a welcoming community just 45 minutes east of Raleigh, known for its friendly atmosphere, affordable cost of living, and growing patient base. This practice is seeking a confident, motivated dentist ready to take ownership of a productive schedule and deliver comprehensive care with full autonomy.
Practice Highlights 1-Doctor Office: You ll be the sole provider supported by 2 skilled, long-tenured dental assistants and a Hygienist.
Steady Ortho Flow: Orthodontist rotates monthly, offering great case variety and collaborative opportunities.
Strong Production History: Average monthly dentist production around $50K , with the potential to exceed prior benchmarks under a driven provider.
Clinical Mix: Bread-and-butter general dentistry with emphasis on restorative and endodontic care.
Endo Cases: Must be comfortable performing anterior and bicuspid endo (molars a plus!).
Compensation & Perks Competitive Daily Guarantee or % of Production commensurate with experience and performance.
Modern Facility featuring digital X-rays, electronic health records, and a supportive, close-knit team.
