About the Mohs Surgeon Opportunity
A well-established, thriving Dermatology Practice in the greater Charlotte, NC area is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Mohs Surgeon to take over a ready-made, high-performing practice. This is a rare opportunity to step into an existing patient base with strong clinical volume already in place - meaning very little ramp-up time and immediate productivity from day one.
Recent six-month clinical activity reflects a robust, high-volume practice with strong collections - demonstrating an active patient base ready for the right Mohs surgeon to continue building on.
Position Details
Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: $400K+, depending on experience
Additional Compensation: Potential for production-based bonus

Practice Status: Established, ready-made patient base with minimal ramp-up required
Growth Potential: Opportunity to expand an already-active Mohs surgery and cosmetic practice
What You'll Do Step into an established Mohs surgery practice with an existing, active patient base
Provide high-quality Mohs micrographic surgery and skin cancer care with the support of a collegial clinical team
Continue building on strong existing clinical volume across surgical and cosmetic services
Collaborate with practice staff in a culture that prioritizes teamwork and patient-first care
Mohs Surgeon would likely start as 50% general dermatology and 50% Mohs cases, with potential to grow to 100% Mohs cases
