Job description
ALPLA Group in Lima, OH is seeking an entry-level team member to support mold changes on Blow Molding equipment. You will assist with start-up, ensure QA-ready processes, and collaborate with the Mold Change Setter II and supervisor to keep operations running smoothly.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic lifting capability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on safety and housekeeping.
