Location: Winston Salem, NC
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedules Available: 2nd Shift

Job Duties
Review tooling designs for plastic components to ensure they meet engineering, manufacturing, and customer requirements.
Design and develop tools, molds, dies, and fixtures for high-quality components.
Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve tooling performance, quality, and cost.
Use mold-flow analysis to identify potential molding issues and improve production efficiency.
Work with tooling suppliers during the RFQ process.
Maintain documentation related to tooling designs, analysis, and process improvements.
Support continuous improvement of tooling processes and manufacturing capabilities.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of injection molding tooling design and mold-making processes
Hands-on experience with injection molding tools and tool maintenance
SolidWorks/CAD
GD&T
Mold-flow analysis
SPC, DOE, and Six Sigma
Knowledge of 2-shot molding, insert molding, IMD/IML
Understanding of machining and secondary processes
Strong communication and collaboration skills
