The mold & process techs set molds in machines and prepare the mold & the machine to run good, quality parts. They are our first line of defense in ensuring our equipment is set and ready to operate by our machine operators.QualificationsIn looking for a Mold & Process Technician, we are looking for the following characteristics:Mechanical mindedProcess mindedA problem solverWilling to ask questionsGreat communication skills, coupled with someone who likes to help and teachTeam playerThis is a great position for someone looking for a role to grow in and have a long-term career.
