Job description
Centro, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mold Shop Leader to oversee the maintenance, repair, and readiness of production molds. You will lead the Mold Shop team and collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Operations to ensure molds are safe, efficient, and cost-effective.
The role requires hands-on leadership with strong technical abilities, a commitment to safety, and a passion for continuous improvement. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 45–50 hour work week.
