Rotomold MolderAt ECS Composites, we manufacture rugged products used in military, aerospace, commercial, and industrial applications around the world. As a Rotomold Molder, you'll be part of a hands-on production team that manufactures rotationally molded products known for their quality, durability, and performance.Like working with your hands and seeing what you accomplished at the end of the day? This could be the job for you.Our Rotomold team works Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, giving you three-day weekends, plus occasional Friday overtime during our busy season for those looking to earn even more.If you're dependable, ready to learn, and don't mind getting your hands dirty, we'd love to meet you!What You'll Be DoingPrepare molds and materials for productionLoad materials into molds according to work instructionsOperate rotational molding equipment after proper trainingRemove finished products from moldsTrim, clean, and finish molded partsInspect finished products for quality and defectsUse hand and power tools as neededRead work orders and follow production instructionsKeep your work area clean, organized, and safeWork with your team to meet daily production goalsFollow all safety procedures and quality standardsHelp identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiencyWhat We're Looking ForYou don't need manufacturing experience.
