We offer a wide gamut of consulting solutions customized to our 450+ clients ranging from Fortune 500/1000 to Start-ups across various verticals like Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Energy, Retail, Telecom, Utilities, Technology, Manufacturing, the Internet, and Engineering.Job Title: Molder Location: Worcester, MA 01606 Duration: 05+ Months (With potential Extension) Shift: 1:30PM – 10:00PM Pay Rate: $20/hr - $30/hr on W2 (without benefits)Qualifications• Basic knowledge of a limited variety of molding materials and product characteristics to make distinctions between mixes, pressing and finishing techniques.• Performs minimal density tests on one point for initial molded pieces to gauge tolerances and conformance to specifications.• Utilizes a wide variety of measuring tools, hand and power tools including a tamping gun to properly mold product, and knowledge of a variety of equipment and pressing techniques.ResponsibilitiesApplies a variety of methods, procedures and techniques to mold products using hydraulic, robotic and/or manual presses or molding equipment to compact mix to shape product.
