Molder OperatorBuild your future in manufacturing—join our team as a Weinig Moulder OperatorOregon-based architectural millwork and wood-products manufacturer specializing in custom mouldings, architectural components, and precision wood processing.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Molder Operator Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 20.00 to $ 30.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:45pm)Set up & operate Weinig Molders, including P1200 & Hydromat equipment.Set up tooling & knives for different molding profiles.Adjust machine settings to achieve the correct dimensions and profile.Inspect finished product for proper dimensions, profile, finish & quality.Monitor material feed, machine performance & production flow.Identify & troubleshoot basic equipment & production issues.Follow all safety procedures & PPE requirements.Molder Operator Qualifications:Previous experience operating Weinig molders.Experience with P1200 and/or Hydromat molders.Ability to read measurements & production specifications.Strong attention to detail & quality.Ability to identify & correct machine or product issues.Ability to stand for extended periods.Ability to regularly lift & move lumber & finished products.Ability to work around machinery, noise, wood dust, and moving materials.Ability to safely perform repetitive production tasks.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
