This opportunity is based on a Machine Operator career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.Job DutiesSet up, start, run, and shut down machines by following work instructions and safety rules.Make parts, count products, package items, and keep production records up to date.Check parts for quality to make sure they are clean, complete, and meet company standards.Trim, sort, and package parts to get them ready for the next step in production.Keep the work area clean by taking out trash, cleaning equipment, and organizing materials.Meet daily production goals, work independently, and help improve safety, quality, and efficiency.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED.Experience RequirementsMachine operating experience. Basic reading and math skills.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
