Molding OperatorLocation: Onsite – Huntsville, ALCompetitive Compensation: Starting at $24.11 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for Night shifts. In this role, you'll support the production of high?volume STERLING Vikrell tubs and showers at our state?of?the?art manufacturing facility.Crafting Excellence: Your ResponsibilitiesRemove SMC material from storage containers and prepare it for molding (cutting, stripping poly, folding, and stacking).Load SMC charges into presses and remove molded parts after processing.Assist with cleaning mold cavities and deflashing molded parts for next operations.Transport defective parts to the rework area.Assemble cartons and packaging components; assist with packaging and accessory assembly as directed.Follow all plant safety policies and perform assigned housekeeping and 5S duties.Maintain compliance with all applicable SOPs, LOPs, policies, and procedures.Perform other related duties as directed by the supervisor.Why You'll Love Working HereComprehensive benefits starting Day 1, including health insurance with low monthly premiums, dental and vision coverage, and company?paid disability and life insurance.401k plan with company match and voluntary benefits such as identity protection and pet insurance.Up to 11 paid holidays annually after 60 days and up to 2 weeks of paid vacation in your first year.Discounts on Kohler products.Tuition assistance for advanced education.Opportunities for growth and career advancement.
