MOLDING OPERATOR IPay Rate: $19.04 per hour Shift: 3rd shift, overnight Schedule: Monday–Friday, with every other weekend requirement (Friday and Saturday) Experience Level: Entry levelPosition SummaryThe Molding Operator I operates and maintains injection-molding presses while ensuring that molded products meet quality and production requirements. This entry-level position follows established procedures, completes required production documentation, and supports the movement, inspection, counting, labeling, and packaging of finished products.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain injection-molding presses according to established procedures.Visually inspect molded products to ensure conformance with the Quality Inspection Plan (QIP) and mold book requirements.Package completed products according to the applicable packing process sheet.Count, weigh, fill totes, and label products to ensure count accuracy.Load and unload components into and out of molds, depending on the level of machine automation.Move products and materials from one process to the next.Complete required paperwork and production records, including information related to: Production output, Scrap, Downtime, Equipment problems or issues, Labor reportingFollow all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.Perform other related duties as assigned.Required Skills and QualificationsAbility to follow established procedures and work instructions.Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to visually inspect products for defects or quality concerns.Ability to accurately count, label, package, and document products.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn company policies, procedures, and basic molding operations.Previous manufacturing or injection-molding experience is helpful but not required.If you are interested in the Molding Operator I position, APPLY NOW!
