Job description
CareDx, Inc. is seeking an Exception Handling Resolution Specialist for its Waltham, MA lab on a 12-month contract (40 hrs/week) with potential to convert to full-time. The role focuses on resolving exception events, ensuring GDP documentation, and timely test reports.
You will triage requests, review issues with senior staff, maintain procedures, and ensure CAP/CLIA compliance while communicating clearly with patients and providers.
