Job description
Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis seeks a Medical Laboratory Scientist for Molecular Diagnostics. You will perform clinical testing using automated equipment and specialized protocols, interpret results accurately, and identify abnormal findings.
You will follow SOPs, manage quality control, calibrate instruments, troubleshoot issues, and may lead as charge tech while training new staff. NAACLS-accredited training and MLS/CLS certification are preferred.
