You'll be:Operating production equipment to produce subassemblies or finished monofilament products according to established specifications.Assisting with the setup, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal operation.Performing quality control inspections and accurately documenting work in progress.Troubleshooting minor production problems and reporting major issues to supervisors.Completing specialized tasks such as rackwinding, annealing, scouring, bulk spooling, cutting, and packaging/labeling.Maintaining compliance with all quality, safety, and documentation requirements.Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to undergo continued training.Performing other duties as assigned to support production needs.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or machine operator role (preferred but not required).Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and following detailed procedures.Possess strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.Are able to work assigned shifts and demonstrate flexibility as needed.Can lift, move, and handle materials as required for production processes.Are committed to workplace safety and quality standards.Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
