Jackson Physician Search is seeking an OB/GYN for a premier healthcare system in Monterey Bay, California. The practice includes 8 OB/GYNs and offers a highly desirable coastal lifestyle with exceptional compensation potential.
The position features a 4- or 5-day work week (part-time considered), two robotic systems for block time, 24/7 laborist support, and a call schedule of 1:9. Base salary is $450,000 with wrvu productivity bonuses pushing earnings to $575,000+ and a $100,000 recruiting
