Guidepost Montessori in Mansfield, TX is seeking an experienced leader to serve as Head of School (School Director). You will provide leadership to the campus team and drive excellence across classrooms.
Responsibilities include strategic planning, culture, enrollment growth, staff development, and ensuring an exceptional program while maintaining budget targets. You will work with the Assistant Head of School to meet enrollment goals and supervise teaching staff.
