Job description
Rainbow Fleet’s Oklahoma City EEC needs an experienced Program Director to lead our Montessori-inspired Early Education Center. You’ll guide staffing, curriculum, licensing, enrollment, and family engagement, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulations.
You will supervise the Assistant Director and senior staff, drive continuous improvement, and partner with the Executive Director to sustain fiscal health and program excellence.
