Morning/Midday CaregiverThe Morning/Midday Caregiver will deliver supportive care and companionship during the afternoon hours. This role is ideal for caregivers who prefer a predictable morning and midday schedule and enjoy running errands, providing companionship, and assisting with household and personal care tasks.ResponsibilitiesAssist with afternoon ADLs and toileting, as neededRun errands or accompany clients to appointments, as neededPerform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, tidy-up)Prepare snacks or early dinner prepEngage clients in conversation, games, or meaningful activitiesDocument all tasks via AxisCareCommunicate schedule needs or client concerns promptlyArrive within the assigned timeframe of the shiftExpect to commute at least 20-30 minutesMileage is reimbursed for client errands/transportation and travel between Client homesQualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsReliable transportationExperience with ADLs and homemaker tasks preferredAbility to maintain client privacy and dignityScheduleMorning Schedules for Clients will typically start at 9AM but can start earlier or later (10AM)Midday Schedules for Clients will typically start: 1:30 PM or laterBase Pay is $15-$17/hourShort shifts (1, 2, 3-hrs) are eligible for $25/hour pay rate
