And let's not forget, you're also the expert on smooth opening and closing procedures. Your next adventure starts here!ESSENTIAL DUTIESSupervises swimming activities at the aquatics facility and ensures that policies, guidelines, and safety procedures are followedAdvises swimmers of improper activities or dangers and enforces pool regulations and water safety policiesResponds to emergencies and administers first aid when necessaryAbility to work independentlyMaintain focus at a high level for extended periods of timeEvaluates conditions for safety and activates the emergency action plan if necessaryComplete daily opening/closing procedure checklistsInspects pool facilities, equipment, and water to ensure that they are safe and usableAssists with pool chemical tests and records results accordinglyAbility to communicate effectively with patrons, co-workers, and managementPerform other related duties as assigned
