Job description
First Community Mortgage in Fayetteville, AR seeks a senior sales manager to develop and own growth initiatives. You will recruit, hire, train and manage loan officers in the local area, and collaborate with marketing to drive mortgage growth.
You will mentor staff to reach production targets across realtors, builders, banks, and personal contacts. Expect regular reporting and travel to the home office or other branches as required.
