Job description
PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in O’Fallon, MO. You’ll continue originating while building a team, with processing and back‑office support supplied so your time stays on production, recruiting and coaching.
Lead the branch’s culture and P&L, recruit and mentor loan officers, and leverage a broad product set (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo) to win more deals. Ideal candidates have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination, an active NMLS license (Principal Lending
