Job description
U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Regional Manager to lead Mortgage Loan Originators, drive regional production, and maintain a personal mortgage loan pipeline. You will recruit, interview and train top talent while actively engaging with real estate and builder networks to grow the business.
The role requires NMLS registration per the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z, plus background and credit checks. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience are required, with strong leadership
