Job description
PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager to lead a mortgage branch while continuing to originate loans. You will manage production, recruit and coach loan officers, and drive the branch's culture and profitability.
You will keep your production while enjoying processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support to maximize personal deals and branch growth, with a strong emphasis on team leadership and branch profitability.
