Job description
PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage who will continue originating while building and leading a branch team. You will recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, and drive the branch's culture and P&L.
This is a full-time on-site leadership role in Asheville, NC, with strong earning potential based on production and a branch override. You bring a track record in retail mortgage origination and an active NMLS license; you will manage the branch's performance and leverage processing
