Job description
PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in St. Louis, MO. On-site role requiring active NMLS licensing and a strong origination background. You will continue to originate while building a team, with processing and back-office support provided to maximize production and growth.
You will recruit, mentor, and coach loan officers, focusing on growth of the branch's revenue and profitability, while maintaining personal deal flow and client relationships.
