PRMI Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Waterbury, CT seeks a seasoned loan officer who continues to originate while building a high-performing team. You’ll benefit from processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support that frees you to focus on production and coaching.
Ideal candidates have ~3 years retail origination, an active NMLS license (Principal Lending where required), and a strong referral network to drive growth and profitability for the branch.
