Job description
First United Bank is seeking a Mortgage FP&A Director to own forecasting, profitability analysis, and management reporting for the mortgage business. You will partner with mortgage leadership, accounting, and the bank's finance teams to drive insight and accountability.
The role requires strong Excel modeling, advanced analytics, and experience with mortgage banking economics. You will lead the FP&A team, coordinate monthly reviews, and support pricing and staffing decisions in Plano.
