Job description
Newrez is seeking a Manager – Licensing to lead the licensing function, ensuring all loan officer, branch, and enterprise licenses are current and compliant. The role reports to the SVP Management & Licensing and supervises the licensing team to uphold high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
You will drive licensing processes, collaborate with other departments, and support senior management with risk analysis and reporting. A strong background in NMLS and mortgage licensing is essential.
