Loan Package PreparerWe're looking for an experienced professional to prepare closing loan packages for private banking clients, including portfolio and non-conforming mortgage products. If you thrive on detail, deadlines, and hands-on work that directly impacts clients, this role is for you!What You'll DoPrepare and review complex high-value loan transactions including disclosures in compliance with TRID, Reg Z, and other applicable regulationsPartner with loan officers and internal teams to gather required information and move loans efficiently through the processReview approval documents, title commitments, and other documents to ensure all loan requirements are metIdentify and resolve documentation gaps to ensure smooth closingsManage multiple loan files simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing accuracyWork in a collaborative, team-based environmentGain expertise in loan documentation and regulatory compliance while contributing directly to client successWhat We're Looking ForMinimum two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following areas:Loan document preparation or mortgage processing prior to closingMortgage or real estate title/escrow operations, with direct involvement in preparing loan documents and/or settlement statementsReal estate agent or transaction/contract coordinator experience, with hands-on preparation and management of contracts and/or closing documentationActive real estate licenses must be placed in an inactive status upon hireExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and shifting prioritiesProven customer service experienceExcellent written and oral communication skillsHighly proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office applications and loan documentation systems (Experience with LaserPro is preferred)Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
