Job description
DESCRIPTION: You are a successful solo producer, but somewhere in the back of your mind is a bigger ambition: your own team, your own territory, and the opportunity to become a recognized market leader. You do not need to arrive with a team already assembled. You bring the production, leadership ability, and drive, and we will work with you to build the team around you. The territory includes approximately 10,000 real estate agents served by only about 40 loan officers, creating a significant opportunity for the right person to establish and lead a growing local presence.
We are looking for a loan officer with a chip on their shoulder who is tired of making someone else’s shop successful without receiving the support or opportunity to advance. You will receive direct backing from company leadership, warm relationship opportunities, experienced operational support, and a defined path from individual production into market, regional, and senior leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES: What You Will Do
Continue originating and closing a strong pipeline of residential mortgage loans
Establish and expand relationships with real estate professionals throughout your territory
Work directly with company leadership to develop a market and team-growth strategy
Identify, recruit, coach, and support additional loan officers and team members
Set the example for production activity, borrower service, communication, and accountability
Help build a recognizable and productive Generations Home Loans presence in the local market
Minimum Qualifications
Active NMLS license in good standing
Demonstrated success as a producing residential Mortgage Loan Officer
An established record of developing real estate agent and referral relationships
A desire to build, coach, and lead a mortgage production team
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
The ability to maintain personal production while assuming greater leadership responsibility
COMPENSATION: This is a performance-based mortgage origination opportunity designed for professionals who want the ability to grow their production, develop a long-term book of business, and advance into greater levels of responsibility.
Compensation is based on individual or team production, experience, role, and applicable leadership responsibilities. Successful producing loan officers may earn $150,000 to $300,000 annually or more , depending on performance.
