Average first-year earning potential of $100K+ based on performance
Base salary plus uncapped commission structure
Key Responsibilities
Develop new mortgage lending opportunities through networking, referrals, and community outreach
Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, business partners, and clients
Guide borrowers through home financing and refinance options while delivering excellent customer service
Review financial and credit information to support loan qualification and application accuracy
Maintain a strong pipeline of lending opportunities and meet production goals
Ensure complete and compliant loan documentation throughout the lending process
Qualifications
Experience in mortgage lending, banking, financial services, or relationship-driven sales preferred
Strong communication, networking, and customer relationship skills
Ability to work independently in a goal-oriented environment
Knowledge of residential lending products and credit evaluation processes preferred
