We' re not going anywhere.Position SummaryResponsible for providing administrative assistance to loan officers to facilitate the origination of loans.Key Responsibilities:Make calls on existing customers as needed.Responds to customers' inquiries as appropriate.Prepares adverse notice notifications and forms, documents, and correspondence as needed.Performs other tasks requested by supervisor as they relate to the Bank and its functions.Maintain confidentiality of Bank's records; customer accounts and information.Qualifications:Must be able to demonstrate ability to adequately perform the duties listed above.High School Diploma or GEDProficient with Microsoft ApplicationsExperience processing real estate, consumer, and commercial loansPreferred knowledge of lending policies, procedures, and documentationSelf-starter, self-reliant dependable ability to work within and meet specific time constraints.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Equal Opportunity Statement: Texana Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
