Job description
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in securing mortgage loans tailored to their needs.
Identify prospective clients and schedule appointments to discuss their mortgage options.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience.
Ensure compliance with all mortgage regulations and guidelines to maintain the highest standards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and targets.
Qualifications
Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator or be willing to obtain the necessary training and licensing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Prior experience in the mortgage industry is preferred but not required.
