Job description
Mortgage Loan Processing AssistantLiberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Processing Assistant for our office in Alpharetta, GA. Previous experience in the mortgage industry is preferred.Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Scrub files after application is takenReview support documents prior to efolder upload (credit reports, bank statements, paystubs, 401k statements, appraisals, etc.)Upload disclosuresSend welcome letter to borrower (request additional information and/or collect all documents for loan processing)Maintain file status and communication between loan officer/realtor/borrowersOrder HOI, VOD and VOEsWork with processing to address any file issues and to help clear conditionsSubmit loans for re-score of creditManage pipeline and closing dates, ensuring the buyer, seller and agent all agree, HUD sent 48 hours prior, and buyer is aware that Certified Funds are required to closeProvide administrative support to branch.
