Job description
We are seeking an experienced SBA 7(a) Loan Processor with significant hands-on experience processing SBA 7(a) loans from initial application through closing and funding. Preferring mortgage brokerage experience with origination experience a plus. Process SBA 7(a) loan applications from intake to closing.
Collect, review, and verify borrower financial documents, tax returns, and business records.
Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and debt service coverage ratios (DSCR).
Track loan applications, resolve documentation deficiencies, and ensure timely processing.
Experience working with SBA-approved lenders, banks, or loan brokerage firms.
