You'll manage a pipeline of mortgage loan files, ensuring each one is complete, accurate, and moving forward on time.You'll work closely with borrowers, Loan Officers, and third parties to gather documentation, resolve issues, and prepare files for underwriting—all while keeping the process efficient and on track.WHAT YOU'LL DOManage the Mortgage Loan PipelineIndependently manage a full pipeline of mortgage loan files from application through clear-to-closeProcess and evaluate mortgage applications within required timeframesEnsure all documentation meets FHA, VA, and conventional mortgage guidelinesKeep Loans MovingCommunicate proactively with borrowers, Loan Officers, and third parties to resolve issues and protect closing timelinesIdentify missing documentation and follow up to keep loans progressingSubmit complete loan files to underwriting for approvalEnsure Accuracy & ComplianceReview and verify borrower documentation, including income, assets, liabilities, and employmentMaintain complete, accurate, and compliant loan filesObtain and clear underwriting conditions to prepare files for closingWHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FITYou'll be successful in this role if you bring a strong mix of attention to detail, organization, and a proactive approach:Strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated with strong organizational skillsTeam-oriented with a collaborative mindsetExperience in mortgage processing or lending preferredWHY SECURITY NATIONAL BANK?Because the work you do helps keep the path to homeownership moving.You'll be part of a Mortgage Operations team that values precision, teamwork, and doing things the right way—where your role has a direct impact on both our customers and our success.HOURS:Regular business hours, Monday through Friday.BENEFITS:We offer a comprehensive benefit package to our employees including medical, dental, short and long term disability, life insurance, paid time off, a wellness program, and a 401(k) savings plan at hire for future financial protection.ABOUT SECURITY NATIONAL BANK:Security National Bank was chartered in 1884 in Sioux City, Iowa; founded on the time-tested principles of integrity, honor, open-mindedness, efficiency, good humor, respect, duty, and human connection.
