Senior Mortgage Loan Processor (Hybrid)We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Mortgage Loan Processor with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our high-performing team in the Van Nuys area. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in guiding borrowers smoothly from initial application through successful closing while managing a robust loan pipeline. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess deep knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo guidelines, and take pride in exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.Pipeline Management: Manage an active pipeline of residential mortgage loans from initial submission to closing, ensuring all SLA and lock expiration timelines are met.Documentation & Verification: Review loan applications, credit reports, income/asset documentation, and appraisals for accuracy and compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines.Borrower & Partner Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, real estate agents, and loan officers, providing proactive updates and collecting missing conditions.Condition Clearing: Partner closely with Underwriting to clear conditions efficiently, resolving discrepancies proactively and maintaining a clean file flow.System Compliance: Ensure all loan data is accurately entered and updated within the Loan Origination System (LOS) in compliance with TRID, RESPA, and company policies.Minimum of 5+ years of recent experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor in a retail or broker environment.Comprehensive working knowledge of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and Jumbo loan programs and guidelines.Proficiency with modern Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and automated underwriting engines (DU/LP).Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset.Proven ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and manage high-volume pipelines with high accuracy.Competitive Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per year (commensurate with experience and volume capacity).Lucrative per-file closing bonuses and monthly volume incentives.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off (PTO), and retirement options.A balanced hybrid work schedule allowing flexibility between remote work and our Van Nuys office.
