nVivid Mortgages Inc. is looking for a proactive, tech-savvy and highly organized Production Coordinator to support our busy mortgage team.
nNo mortgage experience required — we will train the right person. We are looking for the right personality: a resourceful go-getter with a roll-up-your-sleeves, all-hands-on-deck attitude who learns technology quickly, takes initiative and follows through. Someone who is good with taking direction well and gets things done.
nWhat You'll Do
nSet up new loan files and assist with initial disclosures
nOrder and follow up on employment verifications (VOEs)
nOrder and track title, appraisal and homeowners insurance
nHandle inbound calls for our Loan Processors
nAssist borrowers with retrieving and submitting required documents
nRetrieve, download, properly name, organize and save loan documents for company recordkeeping and NYS DFS compliance purposes
nFollow up with borrowers, employers and third parties for outstanding items
nUpload and organize documents in our loan systems
nMaintain accurate notes, tasks and status updates
nJump in and help the team wherever operational support is needed
