Our industry-leading team is hiring a full-time, in-office Mortgage Production Specialist-Loan Partner to help take our business to the next level as a team!
This role works directly alongside the Branch Manager/Loan Officer, helping drive increased loan volume, operational efficiency, and an exceptional client experience.

The Loan Officer will focus on bringing in new business while you focus on:
Meeting with buyers
Prequalifying and converting borrowers
Helping clients become mortgage-ready
Delivering an outstanding customer experience from application through closing
Never having to leave the office to find and bring in more clients

Qualifications
• Can work in the local office in Mansfield, Texas
• Minimum 3-5 years of mortgage experience as a Loan Officer or a Loan Partner who has experience in qualifying clients
• Active Texas NMLS license required
• Proven experience and deep understanding of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and non-conforming loan guidelines
• Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation, processes, and systems
• Ability to analyze tax returns, W-2s, and self-employment income
• Tech-savvy with experience in loan software, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Competency in basic math calculations for accurate loan analysis and documentation
