Job description
Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc (PRMG) seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead mortgage origination teams in New Jersey. You will recruit, hire, and coach licensed originators, drive quality loan production, manage relationships with realtors and customers, and oversee regional sales activities.
You will travel as needed to support branches, monitor performance, and implement PRMG’s program guidelines while ensuring excellent service and profitability across the region.
