MORTGAGE SUPPORT SPECIALIST II- Disclosures
nWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
nThe Mortgage Support Specialist II is responsible for disclosing all initial and re-disclosures in accordance with TRID. The Mortgage Support Specialist II is also responsible for ensuring files are complete with all applicable documentation required for a decision to be rendered prior to underwriting.
nWHAT WILL YOU DO?
nnnGenerates initial/revised loan estimates and closing disclosures accurately within required timelines.
n
nnRetrieval and analysis of fees for accuracy.
n
nnReview change of circumstance requests and determine validity as well as whether or not re
n
nnTimely issuance of all disclosures as required by TRID.
n
nnRun automated compliance testing and clear alerts as applicable.
n
nnReview files submitted by originators to ensure all credit, income, and asset documentation is complete.
n
nnOther duties as/or assigned by management.
n
n nWHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
nRequired Qualifications *
nnnH.S. Diploma
n
nnMinimum 2 years of recent mortgage experience.
n
nnMinimum 2 years of administrative/office clerk experience.
n
n nAdditional Qualifications
nnnAbility to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
n
nnStrong attention to detail and accuracy.
n
nnAbility to maintain high levels of performance, especially in stressful situations.
n
nnExcellent written and verbal skills.
n
nnExcellent organizational skills.
n
nnProficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Loan Origination systems.

nCompensation Starting base salary: $24.46 - $36.69 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
