Transfer Care SpecialistFoundation Partners Group unites funeral and cremation professionals from across the country, blending tradition with innovation to serve families with compassionate care. We are committed to honoring the unique needs of each family while leading the way in creating the funeral home of the future.We are seeking a Full Time Transfer Care Specialist to be the heroic sidekick to our esteemed Funeral Directors at Phoenix Transport in Mesa, AZ. In this vital role, you'll assist in the respectful and discreet removal of deceased individuals from various locations, ensuring their safe transport to our funeral homes and care centers. As the right-hand to our Funeral Directors, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide comfort and support during difficult times.Your Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to transfer calls from hospitals, nursing homes, private residences, and other locations, acting with the speed and efficiency of a true sidekick.Handle deceased individuals with the utmost care and respect, ensuring their dignity is maintained at all times.Safely transport the deceased to the funeral home or care center.Complete all necessary documentation and adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.Maintain clean and well-functioning equipment and vehicles, ensuring you are always prepared for action.Provide empathetic support and assistance to grieving families, offering reassurance and comfort.Collaborate with the Funeral Director and other professionals to ensure seamless and efficient service transport.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Must be at least 21 years old, and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to lift and maneuver deceased individuals up to 200lbs, with dignity and respect.Strong focus on precision and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Empathetic and dedicated to providing exceptional service.Preferred but not required.What We Offer:Meaningful work that makes a difference in the lives of grieving familiesCompetitive compensation and benefits Medical, dental, prescription, and vision insuranceVacation, sick, and holiday payWellness Rewards401k with company matchCompany-paid life insurance, long-term disability, and short-term disabilityOpportunities for training and advancement in the funeral service industryA compassionate and supportive work environment.Foundation Partners Group is an equal opportunity employer.
