Job description
Ford Motor Company is seeking an MOS Implementation Leader (LL6) at our Michigan facility. You will drive deployment and sustainment of the Global Maintenance Operating System across the plant, aligning spare parts, Maximo usage, PM planning, and predictive maintenance.
You’ll lead cross-functional teams, own training plans for reliability engineers and hourly trades, and translate enterprise strategy into daily plant floor execution to sustain the transformation.
