MotionAi provides best-in-class engineered systems, products, and services to a variety of industries highlighting a few which include Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Medical, Logistics, Food & Beverage, Packaging, Automotive, and Aerospace.As a Motion Ai- Control Panel Builder I (Service Technician I), you will be responsible for the wiring and assembly of industrial control panels in accordance with the UL508A Standard.Must be eligible to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.Job DutiesAssemble / install industrial control panels using hand and power toolsRead and interpret blueprints and schematics and recognize componentsAssemble electro-mechanical components with interconnected wiringCut, strip, bend and mount wires to connect electrical components within the control panelDocument modifications or as-built conditions on drawingsTest continuity of circuits in electrical wiringWork with low voltage electricity and electrical componentsWork with Engineering staff to help improve quality and efficiencyGeneral manufacturing and assembly duties will be assigned when control panel shop work is not availableEducation & ExperienceTypically requires a high school diploma or GEDOne (1) to Three (3) years of shop experience or an equivalent combination.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesAbility to read schematics.Strong communication skills required.Basic mechanical knowledge.Ability to operate shop equipment safely.Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.Physical Demands:Push/pull up to 50 poundsLift/carry up to 50 poundsLift bulky objectsNeck rotation, trunk rotation, stair climbing, repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squat, forward reaching, overhead reaching, reach and lift, ladder climb and carry, crawling.Working conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor.
