Caregiver PositionThe Caregiver role is a crucial position for those who rely on others for basic daily care, such as bathing, eating, and personal hygiene. Caregivers typically work with elderly or disabled individuals in a facility or home care setting.We're a family-owned franchise located in the heart of Silicon Valley. We are here to improve quality of life, to bring comfort, happiness, and peace of mind to our clients.Caregiver Compensation and Benefits:Competitive Pay - $19-$22Flexible Working HoursPTO & Sick LeaveEmployee of The Month & Employee of The Quarter CASH REWARDBonus Compensation AvailableReferral BonusCaregiver Responsibilities:Help clients take prescribed medication if neededAssist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)Assist clients with personal care and hygieneDo the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop if neededPerform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing mealsCollect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family membersReport any unusual incidents to nurses, doctors and family membersAct quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencyCaregiver Requirements:Previous caregiver experience is preferred but not requiredWillingness to adhere to health and safety standardsKnowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraintsMust be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside mannerOutstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skillsWe are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
