Motor Assembler IIThis is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Motor Assembler II to assist and support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of motors and related components within a manufacturing environment. Within this role, you will perform a wide range of assembly and testing tasks with minimal supervision, troubleshooting issues and supporting continuous improvement across multiple production areas.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform all duties associated with Motor Assembler I responsibilities, supporting assembly, repair, and testing of motors as neededAssemble standard and large motors, actuators, and related components using blueprints, work instructions, and process sheets.Select and verify materials using Bill of Materials (BOM) and maintain traceability documentationPerform mechanical and electrical testing using established procedures and testing equipmentTroubleshoot product issues and identify root causes, implementing corrective actions as neededInspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specificationsHandle materials properly to prevent damage or contaminationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with safety standardsSupport process improvements and assist with additional production tasks as neededRequired Skills and QualificationsCompletion of a High School diploma or GEDDemonstrated proficiency of manufacturing processes and safety proceduresStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams and specificationsBasic mathematical understanding and ability to use measuring instrumentsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve assembly and testing issuesStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsAbility to follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with OSHA/EPA/DOT requirementsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsPreferred Skills and Qualifications2- 3 years of progressively complex manufacturing experienceExperience operating motor assembly or winding equipmentFamiliarity with testing equipment and quality systems proceduresPhysical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently needs to stand, walk, and sit. Occasionally, the employee must climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.Work Environment:Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing small and large electric motors and motion control products. This onsite role requires working in production and warehouse areas, frequent standing and walking, and adherence to safety procedures, including the use of required PPE. Collaboration with operations, materials, and production teams is essential to support efficient material flow and customer delivery.Work Type: OnsiteThis role follows an Onsite Work Schedule and requires working from your designated Regal Rexnord office on a full-time basis.Expected Base Salary Range: $35,360 - $45,700
