Experienced Motor Grader Operator
D&J Construction Company, a highway contractor, is seeking an experienced Motor Grader Operator to join our team.
As a Motor Grader Operator, you will be responsible for operating the motor grader to excavate, build, level, and grade surfaces of highway projects to desired grade.
Responsibilities to include:
Operate the motor grader to level and grade surfaces of highways and street projects
Perform routine maintenance on the equipment
Work in collaboration with other team members to ensure project completion within deadlines
Qualifications:
Prior experience operating a Motor Grader
Valid driver's license
Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Automated grade control experience a plus

Additional Information and Requirements:
Primary job locations will be across NE Louisiana within 90 minutes of West Monroe
Work hours will depend on the seasonal workload and job timing demands
Some Saturdays will be required
Must have a valid email address
Must have a valid driver's license
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
Must be reliable and dependable
