Job description
Cycle Gear Inc. is hiring a Store Manager in Wichita to lead the in-store team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service.
You will partner with the Assistant Store Manager to coach staff, maintain product knowledge, manage operations (opening/closing, returns, schedules), and uphold safety and brand standards. You will build a winning team, recruit locally, and contribute to store performance through coaching, merchandising, and adherence to our core values.
